Ospree engages third-party service providers (“Sub-Processors”) to support the delivery of its Services. The Sub-Processors applicable to each customer depend on the Ospree products, services, and optional features used.

* Google Workspace: Processing is global by default. Where required, Ospree can configure an EU or US data region for supported Google Workspace services to meet applicable data residency requirements.

Ospree may update this page from time to time, including when adding or replacing Sub-Processors.
Customers may subscribe to receive notifications of changes to this list. The appointment and replacement of Sub-Processors is governed by the applicable terms of the Ospree DPA.
